The Quebec Supplement for Handicapped Children with Exceptional Care Needs is a financial assistance paid for a child who has prolonged physical impairments or a mental function that can be described as a severe and persistent disability(ies) which prevent them from carrying out, without assistance, daily activities similar to those expected for a child the same age.
